Training Routine : I usually train 5-6 times a week, ensuring that I train Chest twice per
week either with 3 or 4 days in between sessions and fitting in
Shoulders, Back, Triceps and Biceps accordingly.
I change my routines regularly often doing a light and heavy day
on chest (concentrating on Chest on the heavy day and adding in Triceps
on the light day). Right now I am doing Pyramid training on the bench eg.
